 A graduate of St. Stephen’s College, University of Delhi, she is a fourth-generation lawyer whose practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, corporate advisory, and complex property disputes. She regularly represents individuals, businesses, and institutions in contentious proceedings before courts and tribunals, and advises clients on contractual disputes, governance issues, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution strategy. 

Ananttika is empaneled as counsel with several public institutions, including Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), the Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC), the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), and Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University Delhi.

In addition to her litigation practice, she engages in legal research and academic writing on emerging issues in law and public policy. 

Anurag Rawal is the former President of the Law Faculty, University of Delhi, and has over 15 years of experience in criminal law, white-collar crime, and complex offences under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and allied statutes. He regularly represents clients in matters involving economic offences, corporate fraud, breach of trust, forgery, and prosecutions under special statutes such as the Prevention of Corruption Act, the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), and the Companies Act.

Mr. Rawal’s practice also includes pre-litigation advisory and crisis management, assisting individuals and institutions in navigating regulatory scrutiny and law-enforcement investigations before matters escalate into formal proceedings. His familiarity with investigative processes and regulatory frameworks enables him to advise clients with strategic clarity in sensitive legal matters.

Rashid Raza is a business consultant advising on corporate strategy, business development, and regulatory compliance. He works with entrepreneurs, businesses, and institutions on structuring commercial ventures, navigating regulatory frameworks, and developing sustainable growth strategies.

Mr. Raza’s work focuses on assisting organizations in aligning business objectives with legal and regulatory requirements, particularly in sectors involving emerging enterprises and structured commercial operations. He provides strategic advisory on market entry, operational structuring, and risk management, helping clients anticipate regulatory challenges and implement effective governance frameworks.

Through his advisory role, Mr. Raza collaborates with legal and financial professionals to support clients in business planning, commercial negotiations, and institutional development, ensuring that strategic decisions are supported by sound regulatory and commercial insight. His approach combines practical business understanding with a focus on long-term institutional stability and compliance

Shantanu Sharma is a graduate of the National Law School of India University and plays a key role in the Uttar Pradesh office of the practice. His work focuses on real estate disputes, consumer protection matters, and regulatory litigation, where he represents both individual homebuyers and institutional clients in complex disputes arising from property development and commercial transactions.

He regularly represents clients before the Allahabad High Court (Lucknow Bench), consumer forums, and regulatory authorities, particularly in matters involving developer–buyer disputes, delayed possession claims, contractual enforcement, and compliance under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA).

In addition to litigation, he advises clients on dispute strategy, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation in matters relating to real estate projects, urban development, and housing transactions across Uttar Pradesh.

Devak Vardhan is an advocate with a background in constitutional and public law litigation and is part of the U.P. office.

His practice focuses on constitutional challenges, service law disputes, regulatory litigation, and matters involving fundamental rights and administrative decision-making. He regularly advises clients on issues relating to government policy, statutory authorities, and institutional compliance with constitutional and regulatory frameworks.

Mr. Vardhan has represented parties in proceedings before regulatory bodies and statutory commissions, including matters involving higher education regulation and institutional governance.

Rudresh Jagdale is an advocate responsible for the Mumbai office, where he handles matters relating to civil litigation and alternative dispute resolution. His practice focuses on representing clients in commercial and civil disputes, with experience in arbitration, mediation, and court proceedings arising from contractual and business disputes.
